The açaí part from my bowl was to watery and I was surprised how they didn’t offer a bag they always do it’s rare when it comes out this watery don’t get to enjoy it as much feels like I’m eating juice :/

I live like 3 minutes away from this nekter at cayon crest, and I always buy large pop acai drink or health nut drink large size at least 5 times a week on my way home from work. There's this amazing staff there , she is always very helpful and patient , extremely professional. Initially I was having a hard time getting my drink made right the way I want it to taste and also the right texture at every nekter place i have been to. But this lady was able to get right right away and she's the main reason why me and some of my colleagues still go there to get a drink. So today I came there to buy my drink and I have to ask her name.she said her name is Viviana , she really gat some good customer service approach

I love this place! Never had any issues other than heading over at 7am Friday and seeing they are not open. I waited until 7:15am and still not open. This happens every Friday that I've tried to purchase a drink.

Not the girl who actually handed me the drink, but the other girl who basically looked at me and ignored me when all she had to do was ask if I had ordered, I was clearly standing on the side and not in front of the cash register. I thought that was unacceptable. Whoever that young lady is, she needs to get over herself and pay attention and read the room. The other girl was kind and attentive. I would have to go back to find out their names to make sure the right person gets the support that they need.

I ordered a berry chia pudding, it wasn't ready when I got there. She made it in front of me, did not put the agave. I noticed after I got to my car. I don't like how I cant customize it further in the app, I could only add or remove granola. I feel like there aren't enough protein options besides powder.

The cashier that helped me was super friendly and helpful. The person who made my smoothie was friendly as well. I've been to this location a couple of times before and I love the service, vibe, and atmosphere each time I visit.
