My bowl was perfect and delicious

Ordered ahead for a smoothie and açaí bowl on the app on a Saturday morning. When I arrived there were two gentlemen working hard to get orders out and a young woman in the back prepping. Myself and someone new walked in and no one acknowledged us for 6+ minutes. We just stood there- no “welcome we’ll be with you in a second, etc”. When they finally got all the orders out mine had been ready the whole time. Almost defeats the purpose of ordering ahead if they don’t acknowledge who’s walking in and what they need

Not satisfied. I ordered three bowls and one of them had been filled just slightly above the half way mark. The other two were typical amounts. I took a picture of it. I don’t think I’ll be ordering bowls anymore because the serving doesn’t seem to be consistent.

Very delicious bowl

My Dragon Fruit bowl looked very pretty, exactly like the picture from the app and was very delicious! Whoever made the bowl, obviously putted some extra care or skills.

Went to pick up area and wasn’t given any attention or asked to be helped for 5mins. The bowls were made incorrectly as ordered and were not very good

The young lady making the bowls was fast but she needed help. There were more bowl orders than drinks.

Went to Nektar at 7:00 the time they open no one arrives to open until 7:05 I received my bowl it was half full the top didn’t fit the girl didn’t give me a spoon I had to ask for my own bag. I come here around 2-3 times a week and this was the worst other than when they are overwhelmed and I have to wait 30 min for a bowl ordered an hr prior to arriving!

I get it...you guys are popular and trendy but c'mon...over 30 minutes for 2 bowls because they were short staffed and ran out of ingredients. Do yourself, your employees and your customers a favor - hire and inventory your stock room!

Both workers were friendly and made my bowl with its modifications perfectly.

This is atypical of my normal experience, so I was surprised. I ordered a bowl and two juices online. I came in and went to the pickup counter. There were two women with their backs to me making orders. Masks were down around their chins and they were talking to each other a lot so I can only imagine what was flying into the orders. Finally one turned around and asked what name my order was under. I told her and she immediately turned back around and continued working on her orders. She could have said “We are still working on it” or anything to at least let me know it wasn’t done yet. She said nothing and left me wondering where my order was. A couple of other people came and went with their orders. Finally she turned around and handed me my bowl and apologized for the wait. I told her I had two juices as well, which had been waiting in the fridge. I noticed immediately that one juice should have been red because I requested beet to be added. I told They apologized again and added beet. The other juice was mine and when I got home and drank it, it did not have extra ginger as I requested and did not taste at all like the drink I normally order. Hope this won’t be the norm now.

I received an email with four dollars off a banana berry bowl. I pressed the order here key and I never received the four dollars off. The customer service person at the store could not help. I was told to pick up my bowl at 1:44 PM… It wasn’t ready until about 1:55 PM. Usually, the service is better. I’m sorry if all these problems are Covid related… I understand… I will still come in.

First time coming here. The place is clean and friendly staff. My husband ordered the peanut butter bowl and they forgot to put any agave. Other than that it was ok. They out the agave on mine insured of his lol. Other than that it was fine.

My order was completely messed up. I think they may have been short staffed but my toxin flush was strictly apple just be w a few kale leaves (the toxin flush doesn’t have kale). My smoothie was a smaller size and my bowl was the wrong one. :(. Sad I paid so much for what it wasn’t. I usually love Nekter.
