I preordered through the app came 3 minutes after the time it told me to come which was 2:47pm and I got there at 2:50pm. When I got there I told the associate my name and I was told I was going to have to wait 30 more mins after waiting 30 min before when I ordered it. It was also Super Bowl Sunday so I missed the beginning of the game.

The wait for my smoothie was really long. The young lady working was very nice and apologetic. I understand she was by herself and a new hire but my order was placed at 8:10am and I received my smoothie at 8:45am.

There’s quite a few times that I have went in and my drinks were not correct they go by what’s on the menu and not read what’s on the ticket.
Some of the employees need to be retrained.

Love the drinks, but I feel like the associates sometimes do the drinks in a hurry and don't do it properly, I feel bad telling them the drinks tastes horrible because they are short staffed and bussy.
