Made the drive to my pick up location only to find out the order had not been fulfilled and there is no eta when it will be ready. Was advised by staff that shipment did not arrive. When questioned on why I was not notified there was no answer. Not only did I pay for a product with a schedule arrival time but my time was not taken into consideration.
