Leslie was my server today and she was wonderful. Hard worker, nice person to be around. That is not the reason for my 2 star review. That would be earned by Nektar.
Incorrect pricing. My large drink was 13.49$ even though it says 11.39$ in store.
Mobile orders are taken and filled while I’m standing in line (not Leslie’s fault). I was the only person in line and I stood in line for 15 minutes while Leslie worked her tail off filling the constant online orders.
Anyways.
I would recommend this place to a lot of people because it is delicious and this is the only location I’ve had a poor experience.
But A+ to the employee working. She was a trooper and does the work of 3 people.
Today, Upon walking in there was a line but even though Miguel was the only one on shift he was definitely doing such an amazing job communicating with costumers and hustling to get drinks out. Great job Miguel!! Keep it up friend!!👍🏼
This time around was incredible. I forget her name but the woman with pretty green eyes knew my order as soon as she seen me and handed it off With a smile. Thank you guys

The cash register broke down. My friend ordered and paid for me because i didn’t have the app. Only app orders were being accepted.

The workers here are so amazing, I always love coming here for literally any meal of the day. Leenah here knows how to make my bowls perfect, always a blessing.

Such a great spot! Came here with my best friend and Miguel took great care of us. He took the time to get our orders right and even offered some custom options we loved! Everything was made perfectly. Really genuine customer service from their staff! Will definitely be back.
