I have been coming to this location for years. Today Feb 01,2025, I placed an order for 2 açaí berry peanut butter bowls. I waited 24 minutes for my orders Customers were walking out Because of the wait. After observing, I noticed that the employee seemed to be struggling with the orders. No spoon,napkins ready etc which showed me that he did not set up for the day. He just seemed overwhelmed. Please address this Thank you
