I don't go to Nekter very frequently because of the higher cost for the product, but their service and products are always excellent! This was my first time at the Preston Center location, and it was great! Staff was SUPER friendly and smiley, and my smoothie was perfect!

I usually have a great experience but this time was completely different. The guy was not happy to be working, seemed annoyed I came in. Didn’t greet me. I told him I had a mobile order and my name. I got the immunity bowl like I always do. This time the bowl was room temperature, and I should’ve used a straw instead of a spoon. It was more liquid than the smoothies. Very disappointed.

The products at this location were not up to par with other locations that I have been to. I would go out of my way to go to a different location, even if this was the closest one. My smoothie bowl was very liquid and the smoothie tasted off… My son loves them and there was just something wrong with the way they were made at this location.

I like Nektar. If you don't order ahead, it can be slow to get the smoothie but that is ok. Smoothies are good.
PLEASE take me off your mailing list though. That is annoying-really annoying.

Great product. Speedy service. The guy at the counter wasn’t particularly friendly. A “hi” or “thank you” would have been nice. I’ll still be back though. My smoothie was excellent
