I have never Had a problem before so this was definitely out of character but still extremely annoying. I ordered on the app before hand so it would be ready to go since I didn’t have a whole lot of time on my way to work. 15 minutes later when I got there, there was nobody in the store and it took about a minute for two employees to come out of the back and see that I was there. I said that I was there for a to go order and he then took the receipt out of the printer shook it in the air at me and then proceeded to make my bowl after it was supposed to be ready already. Ten minutes later I was on my way to be late for work.
