To be fair, it was very busy at the shop when I was there. But because of that, I expected to wait for my order. I had NO idea it was already ready, even though I arrived 5 minutes before my estimated Pickup time. After waiting about 10 minutes, someone finally asked if I was waiting for an order. I know the employees were very busy, but the 4 of them rotated near the pickup area frequently during the time I waited, and there were at least 4 others waiting at any given time at the pickup counter (quite a logjam considering the broken door). No one was asked if they were waiting for something. Would've appreciated general acknowledgement and maybe someone asking me my name, as that might have alerted them to the fact they'd already made my order.
