Love this store but my bowls were melted. Maybe they sat out in your store but mine weren’t not edible bc liquified.

Had trouble ordering on the app. Finally had to logout and back in to get my order to be accepted.

I used the app to place an order for the first time, and the ordering process was smooth and easy. However, the experience in the store was less seamless. After arriving, I waited quite a while for my drink order, and it never appeared to be prepared. I eventually had to flag down an employee to ask for a status update. After some back-and-forth, they were able to locate and produce my order. While the staff was helpful once I asked, the overall pickup process felt disorganized and could be improved.

I had an excellent experience at Nekter Juice Bar! The store was spotless, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. The menu offers a great variety of fresh juices, smoothies, acai bowls, and healthy snacks, making it easy to find something for everyone. Everything tasted fresh and made-to-order with high-quality ingredients. You can really tell they care about the products they serve. My smoothie was perfectly blended, flavorful, and refreshing. The staff took the time to answer questions and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. If you’re looking for a healthy meal, post-workout drink, or just a delicious smoothie, I highly recommend Nekter Juice Bar. Great service, fresh ingredients, fast preparation, and a clean, comfortable environment. I will definitely be coming back again soon! Highly recommended.

Every time is perfect I love this place. They make my order quick and it always tastes the same !

A 10 minute wait was reasonable considering how busy they were. The 3 associates were focused and worked well together to expedite the orders in a friendly way
