Love Nektar. Love the service. Only complaint I had today was the speed of service. Granted, I ordered 11 items online. Estimated time to prepare was 53 minutes. It has been over an hour and the staff are still working. One thing I notice is the store usually have 1-2 employees every time I visit. More employees need to be present in the case a large order comes in. 53 minutes is a long time for 11 items. If it always took this long, people would take their business elsewhere. Staff your stores with more employees and more business may come your way.
