Ordered pff the app and pre paid for a smoothie to arrive and be told they were out of it.

Went in last week and was informed that their juicer was down. That was annoying but I get it. Went back in today and was informed the juicer is still down. Since the name of this establishment is the Nektar JUICE BAR, it seems odd that the primary function has been out of operation for at least a week. I ordered a chocolate/ peanut butter smoothie and received this disgusting amalgamation which seems to just have the peanut butter scooped into it (for smoothie that costs over $10). I paid with a $20 bill and was informed that they had to short me $0.07 because they didn’t have enough change. In summary: if you’d like to go to a juice bar that serves no juice, the over pay for a gross smoothie, then double over pay because they don’t have change and then be made to feel like you’re the problem or are being a “Karen,” then this is the spot for you!! However, if you’re a normal consumer I would steer clear of this place. This is a future “Out of Business” business.

The ladies behind the counter today were amazing. They were kind as always and they made my bowl super quick. My wife gets the Protein Power Bowl and I will get either a juice or a smoothie, most time I just get the AB Health Nut and it’s always delicious and satisfies my hunger in the morning. Thanks young Nekter ladies at the Plant! I would definitely love to tip them more often or tip them accordingly. With two items I’m spending $30+ which is about $100 in three days

Our smoothies weren’t made correctly and watered down ? It had more of a water base consistency verses smoothie

I ordered a smoothie online. When I arrived I found out pumpkin wasn’t yet available. Employee was very apologetic and quickly made me a replacement and offered me a thank you coupon for the inconvenience. Fantastic customer service today!!

We were pretty disappointed that on the first day of receiving the corporate email that we could try the pumpkin smoothie and ordering 2 of them through my app for pickup ( on top of waiting to use up my points to order one) the store called to notify us that the franchises didn’t have the ingredients to make them. So.. I had to use up my free 16oz on something else ( which the location apologized, explained the situation and was nice about it) but I was still bummed. So.. this visit wasn’t at all how we had expected it to go.
