I ordered on the app and the employees never got my order so were confused when I came in. We confirmed the correct location, date and time on my email receipt, but they never received it so had to make the order while I waited. This has happened before at this location but no other locations. Not their fault but would be nice if the systems synced appropriately with the app.

This is my favorite Nekter location. I am willing to go out of my way to come here just for the quality of the drinks and food, as well as the customer service. I’ve never had an issue here. Today I got confused and thought my order was wrong, but I quickly realized it and apologized but the employees gave me a free add-on as a courtesy anyway. I will definitely be back here! ☺️

I placed an online order to be picked up at 10:35 am. We got there around 10:40 and it was not ready. They didn't even know about the order. We did not leave until after 11.
We were late for something due to the wait :(
