This experience was fine. But since then, I came back and was unable to make a purchase because the girl working there was unable to troubleshoot an issue the app was having with a promo. She also made it seem like I would never get my order. I was very discouraged and left and went to another Nekter to make my order and they were easily able to help me unlike this location.

The two faced drink didn't taste the same as the outfits one I had. Either the agave was missing or it needed more dates. Something was off about it. I was disappointed since it was mother's day and my wife didn't enjoy it.

I used to come to this location daily. One suggestion, when customers walk in, it would be welcoming if the employee acknowledged the customer and said something such as hi, we’ll be right with you. The employees are kind, nice, it’d just give the customers a little more reason to like your location
