Super friendly staff - especially manager Aman is multitasking, kind and on top of everything - and it’s as always the super smoothie quality. Also a great space with many seats inside and outside, and free wifi.
My visit to Nekar left me disappointed. The 30-minute wait for a single drink was frustrating. It seemed like the employees prioritized easier orders, causing those who ordered drinks before others to receive them much later. This lack of fairness affected the overall experience.
Addressing this issue will improve customer satisfaction.
I love how they are so friendly and I usually get an açaí bowl but I’m planning to explore the whole menu!!! I brought my two friends when they came to visit me internationally, and they loved it that it was our breakfast place two days in a row :) the place is always clean and I love how they have options to add immunity boost, metabolism boost, or protein! Or if you want it all you can do that too!! They have Wi-Fi so come hang!
I ordered an açaí bowl with no bananas and cocoa nibs as we are allergic to them and they put them in it and on top!! Then I called to let them know and she told me I had to bring it back to replace it. I brought it back and she asked me again 3-4 different times if I didn’t want bananas when I made it quite clear at purchase, over the phone and after I had to return to get it made correctly! I will be calling corporate too as this is NOT satisfactory!
Schedule more people at a time. It wasn't the two girl workers' fault that they were understaffed causing me to literally wait 30 minutes for a bowl. Management, do better.
Love how close this location is and how fast my orders are always ready. When ordering I normally order about 15min before I need to leave for work in the morning and by the time I get there it’s ready!
