Associates were generally nice given that it was an online pickup order. However, once we got home we noticed that the coconut flake topping that we paid for wasn't added onto the peanut butter/apple bowl. We were missing that topping.

Our online order was efficient through a browser. However, the app is inconvenient because the “done” button for credit card information is cover by the number pad. I tried for 15 minutes before I gave up. Also, I could not tell which of my orders was a Superfood Bowl vs Banana Berry. It would have helped if it was labeled.

This is my go to spot when I want something not to heavy but filling. The fruit is fresh the acai options are endless. The staff and owner are always friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure the order is perfect. The protein waffles are so n delicious. My go to is the banana berry bowl with granola on the top and bottom.
My experience with Nektar was a solid 8/10. Although the drinks are somewhat pricey, the taste and quality make up for it. Everyone is very kind and respectful, and I got my drink almost right away
