Customer service was fine. The speed of service was fine as well. The actual food was bad. I went along with your promotion to order the Pumpkin Almond Bowl, I guess I was supposed to receive extra points? I can't tell. But the bowl was really bad. It had the consistency of watered down soup. There is no way to eat it with a spoon. I had to drink it. This isn't the first time this has happened. I have had mushy bowls from Nekter before, but this was really bad. When I get Acai bowls from other places they are thick and not watered down. There was also way too much pumpkin spice and cinnamon. It was overwhelming the flavor. It was not a good experience at all.

I arrived two minutes before my order was scheduled to be ready. I was told they had not started working on it yet. Another customer walked in, placed an order and received his drink before my order was started. So by the time my two drinks were ready it was pretty late after time promised. I don't know why my drink order was not completed before a walk in order that came in after me.

I ordered online and my order was to be ready at 1:22. When I arrived at 1:25, I was told it was almost ready. When I asked again at 1:32, the girl acted as if I didn't place the order. After checking, another girl began making it. She didn't apologize nor did she admit that they appeared to have lost the order.

My pb bowl was too soft/watery in texture. I’m not prone to recommend a soupy açaí bowl.

Generally great quality drinks and the employees are usually polite, but SO slow. No one ever hustles at all. They usually take their time asking you what you’re there for and at times have even made me wait while they helped several people in line before handing me my drink I ordered way ahead of time via the app (totally backwards!) and acted annoyed when I tried to request my online order. And this is a recurring issue I’ve had almost every time I go to Nekter (which is very often). I keep coming for the quality drinks, but the employees could use more hustle and training in managing their time/crowds I guess.

I was asked to confirm my own order was correct (it was not) - had to ensure all items were received myself. There were items missing and I was asked to grab them myself from the refrigerated section. Since the order was placed the evening before, I was expecting to walk in and receive my order without delay but that didn't happen.

I have been using this location for years with excellent service. Recently I've notice issues in how the smoothies are made. Once I found a fingernail in my smoothie (gross!). My most recent order I paid for greenie up and added strawberries, but they were left out of my smoothie. I was rushing to work & didn't have time to ask them to remake it. This is a convenient location for me and I will likely try again, but hoping this doesn't happen again. There is a long time employee who works in the early mornings during the week who is excellent. She has blond hair and is always happy, kind & the smoothies/juices are perfectly made.
