Took about 3 minutes to get greeted only 2 employees and they looked busy . After 6 minutes of waiting I was given half of the order I waited for my other drinks so then I was given 3 drinks ( I was still missing 2 more. Waited another 5 minutes for 2 more drinks. Anyway I was there for about 20 minutes even after placing my online order over 30 minutes before that. Keep in mind no one else was at the store and they only had 2 receipts hanging there and they were already working on those orders when mine wasn’t finished. ( you can tell the employees didn’t like each other there was no communication between them and when they talked about my missing drinks it seemed tense. I love Nekter I’m general and understand employee shortage but they should just check a receipt before giving a customer an order just to make sure the order is complete
