The experience at the store is great. Employees are fantastic and the food is great. The app for ordering by phone is absolutely terrible and keeps me from going there a lot more. The app has logged me out and won't let me log in to order. I've reset my phone, I've tried resetting my password several times, which just gives a non-sensical error message whether I'm doing it on my iPhone or my Windows desktop computer. I used to go to Nekter a lot more, but if I can't order on the app, I just go somewhere else. You should fire the company that created the app and have a new one created by a company that has some idea of how it should work. Look at other restaurants to see what they've done, like Starbucks or Chipotle. Unhappy.
