To be completely honest, the price increase has been a lot to swallow. I understand that the cost of materials and overhead may be higher However, the price increase in conjunction with the quality of the acai base that I received has encouraged me to turn to other alternatives moving forward.

Thank you for filling my bowl, even with fruit removed! Typically my bowl is only 1/2 full due to taking out one fruit, but I pay the same price. I appreciate that you filled my bowl completely!!

Great! Bowls were ready and being packed as I entered. Friendly personnel making the bowls and helping customers.

Customer service was good but my ginger shot tasted like water? Hoping this isn't going to be a daily thing because I used to really like them. Also the smoothie wasn't made very good either, too much spinach, not enough blueberry (Popeyes Acai). Consistency is something I struggle to obtain from this location. Made me wanna buy my own blender and juicer to be honest.

The Brea store consistently fills its bowl sizes to the brim with ingredients as compared to other Nekter stores in the nearby area.

I got a açaí mango bowl today. I have to say it’s not with $8.95. Just a little strawberry on top and I’m shocked but canned pineapples??? A few pieces of cubed canned pineapples gave my bowl and weird metallic taste.

The last two times I have been in the Brea locations there has been unanswered questions. 1) how do I use my online gift card. They couldn’t help me 2) I and friends received an email “But one Bowl this week and Get One Bowl Free next week”. We bought our bowls and asked the location how we get our “free “ bowl next week. The reply from the employees “we haven’t heard of that offer”. We probably wouldn’t have ordered if the “Offer” was a true Offer!

Great bowl made to great consistency and quickly

Quality of bowls is amazing. Customer service needs to be better. I mean even just a tiny smile goes a long way…like you appreciate the local support. I try and tip 30-40 percent everytime I go in and not sure why I do that anymore. Love the product though.

I realize that my pick up order was at 5:39p. I went into the store to grab my bowl which was amazing by the way. I had intentions of ordering a smoothie but wanted to ask some questions. The customer service person was more interested in closing the place so I decided to leave and not order one.

This is my favorite location. I always order the protein power functional bowl. I use order pick up and my order is always perfect and my bowl is filled to the top. I ordered the same bowl at the Costa Mesa location on 10/16/2021 and when I picked up my order pick up, my bowl was not filled to the top and was it was noticeable but I did not say anything. I returned to the Brea location on 10/18 and as expected, my order pick up was ready and filled to the top. I will never return back to the Costa Mesa location which lacked in quality control and service.

My only wish is that you would go back to opening at 7am on weekdays. Pre-COVID, I would always be able to stop in, get a bowl, and be on time for work at 7:30. I understand first COVID, and now knock on effects from COVID (hiring difficulties) probably stop you from doing this right now. Just something I hope returns someday in the future.

Brea Gateway is the best Nekter location by far, they always fill my bowl up to the top unlike some other locations I have been too in the past. I will go out of my way to order from this location!!

Service was good and acai bowl was delicious! Will come again soon! Highly recommend!
