There's been a couple of times that the team seems unorganized and slow. Often times it seems like they don't start online orders until the customer arrives. I've come in 15 to 20 minutes after placing an online order and still had to wait. Whittier is my least favorite location.

It was okay. I ordered my drinks ahead of time got there on the time they said but waited an extra 10 min after the time because they were making drinks out of order . I ordered mine at 3 pm & it wasn’t ready until 3:40

I have frequently purchased the banana açaí bowl. This time the 2 I purchased had very little to no açaí. I hope this was a one time mistake because my wife & I were very disappointed.
