I ordered a smoothie and protein bowl through the app 45 minutes before I wanted to pick it up and I still had to wait 15 minutes after the pick up time. It was on a Saturday, late morning, which might be a busy time for them. The bowl and smoothie were delicious

This store seems to need additional staffing. Always a wait longer than it should be for a shake. I always order ahead and usually still have to wait when I arrive at the designated time. I'm in the food industry and we cook entire meals for families faster than it takes for a shake to be done with Nekter. This last experience took almost 30 minutes for my shake to be made. I don't feel it's the employees fault, I only ever see two people working and it gets busy and they get slammed and since they are understaffed there is no time for good customer service, just enough service to take an order and get it out. They need support.
