So sorry for the employees that the company automatically adds an excessive tip. No one likes that. A tip is for service, and I’m not going to offer one from an app and before I get your product. It’s just disrespectful to your costumer.

No one was at the front register when I walked in and I had been sitting in the room for 15 minutes. I was only able to talk to a worker when I said hello anyone here? The worker gave me attitude when I picked up my drink. He was bothered that I disturbed him in doing whatever he was doing in the back of the place.
