Customer service is fine — if anything staff is overworked for a busy location. The online order pickup time doesn’t reflect the actual time the order is ready. I’ve waited 10-15 minutes more on my orders when I’ve placed them online. I think location is understaffed compared to foot traffic orders and online orders they have make/keep up with.

Someone that’s busy, I love the apps where you can order beforehand. They’re great when it works half the time the computers either don’t work or some sort of IT problem let’s fix it.
