Nekter Juice Bar - Whittier

I tried the delivery for the 1st time just now. My order was delivered as the incorrect drink I purchased.

I normally dislike going into the store. I usually wait for minutes before an employee even acknowledges you, then still have to wait before you can even order. I used the app and it was less waiting.

Prompt service, but product quality was lacking today. The bowl was low on fruit and very heavy on granola.

Upon arrival I was ignored for about 5 minutes and was the only person in the store at the time. All three young ladies looked right at me and none of them said a word and instead kept doing what they were doing. It wasn’t until two of them actually went to the back of store that the third came over and gave me my order. As someone who works in the service industry I understand the importance of customer service (even when you’re busy) and hope this will be addressed or it will eventually it will hurt your business. I don’t wish to have anyone severely punished, but instead feel the need to bring the behavior to the attention of someone who can speak with the young ladies in an attempt to improve their service skills.

Would have been good if my drink would have been on time. 5 minutes past the time it said it would be ready. I was on my work lunch and I did not like waiting the extra 5 min. On my spare time yes.

Acai bowl was disappointing. It was so watery. Friend said he had definitely had better.

Not only was my order not ready upon arrival but I had to stand there listening to employees argue. My order also ended up incorrect. Definitely will not be visiting this location again. Very disappointed.
