Customer service was great, my issue was with the app. I have a coupon in there for by one get one half off fresh menu items and I tried multiple combinations and it said it kept saying my order wasn't eligible. Tried 2 acai bowls, two smoothies, a bowl and a smoothie. Nothing worked. Sad!

I usually go to the Néktar in Huntington Beach Bella Terra or in Costa Mesa on 17th St. I just started coming to this Nektar because the 17th st one is closed due to renovations. I get the same smoothie every time. The AB Health Nut. I’ve gotten it a handful of times at this location and each time has been off in taste. Not sweet enough. Tastes like nothing actually. Just like cashew milk.

I just moved to Costa Mesa and since discovering Nékter, I walk there at least once a week. I love it! I’ve never had a negative experience and the service is quick and delicious. I’m sure my coworkers are sick of me talking about my smoothie bowls. 10/10 would recommend!
