Juice very fresh and great customer service

I am a regular. I went to Nekter and had a great time. The staff was friendly especially the new faces in this store. The Recovery juice I had was fresh and tasty. I recommend Nekter to anyone looking for a healthy and yummy treat. The products and customer service are top-notch in this store. I can't wait to go back!

Juice is great. Service is great.

The service and product at this location used to be top notch. I don't know what staffing change happened but things have definitely changed. No matter what size juice I order, the cup is never full. Not like a little less than full, I'm talking about at 3/4 of an inch to an inch below the top of the cup and that's including the "foam" at the top which isn't juice. I asked an employee recently about the juices not being full and he told me: "That's impossible, we fill every cup and if you order ice we put it in a bigger cup so you are still getting the full amount of juice. We also give you and extra in a 2nd cup." I'm not sure what he's talking about but my juices are never full anymore and there definitely isn't any "extra" I'm given on the side. While the juices themselves are delicious and made well, they are not cheap and I should absolutely be getting a full amount of what I am paying for. When I order a small Green Apple Detox with no ice, I would assume the cup would be full. Lately, that hasn't been the case and is really going to affect my decision to go to Nektar for my morning juice and bowl.

The service at Nekter is always great. I get a Nekter juice every morning.

Excellent customer service and the bowl and juice were perfectly prepared.

I was given a gift, but didn't know of any Nekter juice bars near me. It took me 3 years to use my gift card. I was very pleased with the parfait and bowl we ordered. Great flavors and mixed textures! This will definitely be my new treat!!

Just a little bummed. Ordered 2 juices exactly the same. One juice tasted like it had ginger in it even though I did not order ginger. Glad neither of us are allergic to ginger
