I love Nekter, however this order was one I couldn’t drink. I ordered a Toxin Flush and there seemed to be missing ingredients in my juice. My drink was yellow, and tasted like straight ginger. I usually don’t have complaints, but this time I had to toss it.

Easy to order and customize on app. Smoothie and juice were ready when I arrived. Tasted great.

First time here! I downloaded their app and you get a free 16 oz juice. Using the app is simple and is well designed. The people in the store are friendly and are focused on their jobs..my drink was ready in just a few minutes even though I came at a busy time. I tried the Recovery and had the option to add ice..which I did. They still give you the 16 oz of juice and put it in a larger cup. Don't forget to tip..there is the option on the app but I waited until I saw how the service was before tipping..and left $2 in the tip jar. It is close to 24 hour fitness so I am sure I will return. Normal price for 16 oz is $6.76 which seems like a fair price. There is a nice outdoor patio with tables and chairs to sit, relax and enjoy your drink or bowl.

I love Nekter, and especially love this location. I would like to mention that over the past couple months there is a great deal of inconsistency in my orders. Frequent my orders are not prepared correctly. At times I have asked them to be remade and other times I don't say anything and just end up throwing the juice away. I know the store is busy and they are trying their best. Also, I think the store had run out of a lot of ingredients and were trying to figure out how to fill the orders. I will say that the inconsistency is happening so frequently that I am not visiting the store as often as I had or would like to. Thank you.

I asked for an orange juice and Nektar juice bar didn’t have a zoomex!!! The guy was pilling the oranges half way put them in the juicer!! Oranges were not in the fridge and cutting board was not clean! He was directing the orange peels to trash bin and his knife was touching the bin! And juice tasted so bitter because of so much peels in juice! That experience coast me almost 8$! Never again!

This location is my FAVORITE location in OC. The staff and the owner are incredibly sweet and kind and the drinks are beyond yummy. They are the only location that gets my own juice concoction right. They go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction. I had a bit of an issue and they resolved my concerns immediately. In a world where kindness and care are so obsolete, this Nekter is a gem. Thank you guys! See you soon!!!

Very overpriced but they do have fresh products... Frankly you can get the same quality and very comparable drinks at Jamba juice for much lower price.

All Nekter Juice Bars are basically the same. They serve the same great items in an environment that exudes health and fitness. So how can one location make themselves stand out over the others? The answer is customer service and this location in Anaheim Hills has the best customer service around. The employees make it a point to learn your name and to greet you by name as soon as you walk in. This location is very popular so it is busy most of the time. I recommend using the app to order ahead. It's not uncommon to see the owner at this location. She is right there with her employees, taking orders, preparing bowls and juices and washing blenders. All the employees are awesome, however, I would like to acknowledge one in particular and her name is Alara. She was the first one to greet me upon my first visit to this location and she was the first one to remember my name.

I was in the Anaheim Hills location on Saturday March 31. I should have known the wait was going to be long by the number of people waiting for their drinks (I counted 14 people, and some had multiple drinks/bowls. There was no wait to order my drink, but I waited 25 minutes to receive it. I ordered a tropical cooler smoothie and it was liquefied (literally looked like juice). I realize this location is new, I was hoping they would have worked out the kinks by now as this was actually the second time I have been in there and the service was unsatisfactory the first time as well. This location definitely needs some training and/or management.
