Customer service is lacking. Just got a blank stare when I came in. No greeting or "what can I get for you?" Not a big deal. The big deal is the canned pineapple in my acai bowl LOL. Definitely not fresh and pretty off putting when you expect fresh ingredients. I'll stick with juice junkies!

May I just say I go to both the Hulen location and this one and both me and my husband notice a difference in quality and the way we like our smoothies, açaí bowls, and juices. I really love how they make them at this location. I can see why people think the staff is unwelcoming but honestly those girls are very sweet and I think they just are there to do their job. Anytime I make a request they never get mad and usually apologize for taking some time and always are happy to give me extra straws, or things I need or suggest some things. I come here a lot and happy with the improvements they made! (: overall, happy and will continue coming back.

If you’re all about fresh, healthy drinks, you’ve got to try this juice shop! The flavors are so good, and you can really taste the quality in every sip. Plus, the staff is super welcoming—it always feels like a treat!

Whoever thought eating healthy could taste so good 😊 Great spot for smoothies, bowls, juices and a number of other things that taste good and are good for you! The staff at Stayton are amazing! They are always kind and courteous and quick about getting orders out. A few of my favorites are Jasmine and Jade. Always friendly with a smile on their face 🙂 great place all around!

I love Nekter. The bowls are great, the smoothies and juices tasty and healthy. Great options, very convenient app. However they’ve priced themselves out of the market. They’ve done several price increases over the last couple of years (either inflation driven, or driven by declining customer transactions) and I’ve stuck with them in spite of that. However, this latest price increase has made them now far too expensive to justify. I was a somewhat regular customer but I won’t be back.

super clean location, friendly, prompt, personable employees, especially the cashier named Cassie McCann Barnett, who was extremely informative and helpful when i asked about clensing options and toxin flush juice blends to help me accomplish what im trying to do for my health. Cassie is super helpful and completely knowledgeable about the menu and products she sells customers

Me and my girlfriend came here for a juice and smoothie, both of us left feeling nauseous and sick, and she almost threw up. I don't know what you guys did or didn't do but thanks.

I come here 2-3 times every week and I love what they have to offer! The staff are always so friendly and accommodating, including Victoria and Trey. I always receive fantastic service and delicious options. My favorite items are the berry açaí bowls and the green juices/smoothies. Well worth a stop if you’re into healthy options with great flavors and warm smiles.

I really hate to be this person, usually I'm super patient and I get it when a place is super busy but there's no point in ordering ahead when u still have to wait on your order forever because they are still working on in house customer orders and don't even bother to acknowledge you at the pick up/order ahead counter. I agree with other reviews the staff is what needs improvement or hire more people. I've noticed this everywhere I go out to get food/drinks now, the service is horrible! Will be going down the street from now on to juice junkies where the staff is friendly and doesn't ignore you when you walk in and their juices/smoothies are amazing.

I came to this location about 2wks ago, I love nekter juice bar, I’ve visited several locations in California millions of time on business trips, My experience with this location was very bad customer service wise, I’m use to friendly customer service along with being offered samples & great suggestive sales but this location just all around lacked in all those areas not to mention the older woman who helped me I believe her name was holly, She had a very unpleasant look like she was frustrated or about to cry cause it was pretty busy, I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but not only did she smell like a full pack of cigarettes she also smelled like she had been smoking cannabis & I thought that was very odd, The bowl however was amazing as usual but everything else could use major improvement, So far Cali has the best nekter jucie bars, I plan on trying the other nekters here in Texas & I will definitely be leaving a review for those as well, hopefully the experience is more pleasant .
