Last few times I came here I’ve been disappointed. I notice they have different employees working and they are needing t very customer friendly. They don’t make the bowls right at all! Last few visits I was with my order, when I order and paid for extra bananas that I did not get! I ended up with brown bananas, and my bowl was like soup last few times I ordered. 30+ dollars down the drain. No thank you!!
I went to Bellaire location on 4/27/2018 and the guy who was working was plain rude, I ordered Acai bowl, a group of other folks were in front of me, they ordered and went outside to wait for the order. I ordered and sat inside with my daughter as I wanted to enjoy my acai bowl before it melted, once the order was ready for the other folks, the guy delivered it to them but once mine was ready he shouted " Maam your order is ready" and left it on the bar for me to pick it, I told him you can bring it but he acted like he didn't hear me, i went ahead and picked up my order. Before leaving I walked up to him and asked why he chose to deliver for the other folks and not me, the only difference is that i was black and they were white and I guess that's why, I was nice about it, I told him it came off rude and racist , he said " oh no, I was helping another customer" , but yet I was inside and the next customer walked in after my order was ready. He went ahead to say " my co-worker is black and I talk to her" okkk, at this point I was like ??, anyway I left very disappointed about this employee, and I told him he can go ahead treating people like that if it makes him feel better. He never apologized, just pathetic.
I went to the Southwest freeway location and the person who helped me seemed like she didn't want to be there and I went to the Bellaire location this morning I was welcomed as soon as I stepped inside the door and I asked about the 5day cleanse the staff was happy to answer my questions my drink is delicious I will be going back to this location every morning of possible I give you guys 5 stars because not only is the drink good but the staff had a smile on their face and was happy to help me awesome job keep it up
Awesome staff (Jarrod and Ciera), they made great suggestions and were super friendly. The drinks were delicious and the inside was very clean. Don't pass this place up!
1) Waited 15 minutes to get one smoothie made.
2) The peanut butter smoothie has no flavor.
3) The berry smoothie has no flavor.
4) The smoothie menu is too small - need more options (but might not matter considering the 2 I’ve tried are flavorless).
The juice I tried (can’t remember name) was delicious, so I’d only recommend for the juice.
The variety and creativity of the juices, smoothies, ice creams, and more were amazing. I particularly enjoyed the Pink Flamingo, and the Mint Chocolate was a bit too strong for my taste. The customer service and environment was positive and encouraging as well. :)
Fabulous new location!! Love their acai bowls, YUM! Easy to park and you can use the app to order ahead so everything is waiting for you when you arrive.
