Ordered an Açaí Peanut Butter Bowl today. What a joke. Advertised as topped with bananas, strawberries and green apple. There were 3 tiny cubes of apple on it, 1 small strawberry sliced into 6 slices and 1/3 of a banana. For a $10 bowl, ($12 with tax and tip), that is a complete travesty. The owners need to visit Paradise Bowls in California to see what a real açaí bowl looks like with generous portions of all their fruit and granola toppings. I would go to PB daily and gladly spend $10-15 on their bowls. But I mean come on, if you are going to say an item is topped with something, you have to put more than 3 chocolate chip sized pieces of apple on it. And more than 1 small strawberry. Otherwise just leave it off the description entirely. Add 25 cents to your food costs to serve a better product and maybe you would get a more favorable review and repeat business. I will never come back to Nektar. Complete waste of money.

I ordered the peanut butter acai bowl, and my only "complaint" is that I would've loved more fruit on the top. I could've asked for more, but it was my first time and I didn't know what I'd be getting. That being said, the fruit was fresh and delicious, and the whole bowl was so yummy.

AWFUL. We came in when there was no one in line and ordered while they were preparing the only other order in the store. We order 2 acai bowls and 1 smoothie. We waited 30 minutes for our order after 8! People went in after us and revive their order before ours. Keep in mind they order bowls and smoothies also. While we had ordered when there was only 1 other customer in the store. On top of everything the smoothie was watered down . The worst thing is my mango acai was suppose to be topped with mango and I had nothing . Will not return

I order my acai bowls on their Nekter app all the time. I am a VERY frequent customer at this location. I just picked up my online order from here and don't like writing bad reviews, but I can't just let this go this time. There is one worker there who, every time I go in and he made my order, gives me not only an incredibly bad attitude (no smile, no hello, just a nod for "what do you want") but also doesn't use common sense with my order. I always order my bowl with just banana, no strawberries or blueberries on top. Every single other worker who makes my order automatically doubles up on the banana so that the whole top has banana on it, since I don't want the other fruit. This one particular worker...and ONLY this worker, only puts a few slices of banana on top, so most of the top is empty. So today when I saw he was working, I assumed he made my order and that the top of my order would be empty, and sure enough I was correct. So after he handed me my order, with no smile or thank you or anything, I asked him to add more banana on top. He took my order back, shook his head at me with absolute hatred, and without a word reluctantly added just a couple more slices of banana on top, then dropped the order on the counter again while ignoring me. I am sorry that he clearly hates his job...he is like this EVERY time I go in...but Nekter should do a better job of ensuring more consistent on-the-job training so that all workers provide the best customer service and consistency in making their products. If there were a place in the app to add a note or request, I would do that. But since there is none, I have to rely on common sense of the workers, which all but this one seem to have. The way this worker treated me today was absolutely disgusting and my order, even after requesting it be improved, was sub-par. Nekter, please work with your workers to train them on customer service.

This place used to be good. Now, if I add anything to my order and pay extra for it, its missing. When I call, the girl that answered just said sorry and offered no remedy. I then asked for a manager. There was no manager there at that time. I left her my name and number and asked what time the manager would be there. She said 2:30pm and he would call me. I never received a call. I then called back at 6pm, I got no answer on 10-12 calls. Almost like they were screening the calls since I left my name and number earlier that day. This is horrible service and I would really like what I paid for. Also, the bowl shouldn't contain less quantity when I add things, but somehow it seems to. This place is expensive and people should get what they pay for, but unfortunately that is not happening.

Friendly staff and delicious bowls! The protein bowl was amazing. I'd highly recommend trying it. I look forward to my next visit, so I can try something new.

I usually don't leave reviews, but i gotta say the workers here are phenomenal. I've seen so many rude pompous customers and the employees never lose their cool. Their credit card machine doesn't work, the air conditioning doesn't work, sometimes they're out of stuff but the employees always make up for it by figuring out ways to keep the service going! Whether that's by using regular cups instead of bowls when they're out or just working through the heat. This place is great! The employees whose names i remember were Emme and Nathan. Give them raises asap!

Not taking care of details (no bowls, credit card machine doesn’t work and no change when paying with cash). Owner should help to make it a better experience. $10 an item would lead you to believe it would be a better experience- it used to be. :(

Nektar Juice Bar has very delicious juices, smoothies, smoothie bowls and wellness shots! My absolute favorite smoothie is the "Tropical Cooler" because I LOVE green smoothies....it's made with baby spinach, kale, pineapple, banana, coconut flakes and coconut water.....it's SOOOOOO good!!! Refreshing and nourishing 🌿. My favorite wellness shot is the turmeric....it's so freaking delicious that I wish I had a whole glass of it! :). The Acai Mango Bowl is amazing 🤩 I highly recommend Nektar Juice Bar 👍😊

Nektar is my favorite local spot for all things Açaí and smoothies/bowls! The staff is always super friendly, attentive and quick during the rush hours. Make sure to stop by! 😇
