Such sweet, efficient, and respectful staff. They work really hard and are always accurate. One of my drinks I ordered was not completely full (a good inch and a half from the top) so I asked if they wouldn’t mind adding a bit more. When you’re paying $7 for a smoothie, every sip counts. Due to Covid precautions, they made a new batch and poured both drinks into a 24 oz container. It was very nice of them. I wish that I had cash on me at the time because I would have given a nice tip for this service. Great place!
The Nekter Juice Bar is the right place to stop if you want a delicious healthy smoothie. They have a great slection of different flavors and choices of fruit for your drink. The girl working was so nice and friendly. She made a wonderful suggestion for me to try. Great customer service is what makes a business outstanding, and the girl working, gave me that kind of service. I left with a big smile and a really good smoothie. You get what you pay for at the Nekter Juice Bar. Highly recommend.
Their drinks are realy good. I think it was the pink flamingo smoothie i tried and that one was delicious. Although the prices are definitely a bit high, it's still a great place to grab a drink occasionally.
Some employees here are good at welcoming customers in. But sometimes I will get an employee where I walk up the the counter and every person keeps their head down. Today I walked up to the man at the register and hes counting cash in front od me, then after 30 seconds says “hi what can I get for you?” Pretty ridiculous. The other day I did an order pickup, and I walked in, again no “Hi welcome” and I walked to the pickup counter and not one person came up to me until about a minute. Customer service needa MAJOR work. Also the screen you use to insert credit cards, when it asks “How Much to tip?” The options are on the screen for you up to a dollar but no option for $0 unless you manually type it, it feels like we are being forced to tip.
Best one!!!. It's pricy but its quality service. The one by Lake Forest drive, they DO NOT fill it up all the way. Keep up the awesome job Portola Plaza crew! You guys are my fave!!! 😘 NEVER again will I visit the one by Lake Forest Drive.
