I dud not order online, however when i picked my phone to retrieve messages i had a completed order sndvpixkup time, how on earth fid this occur when you have ti go through seversl steps to order??? I called the store to cancel (RSM) they said manager would credit...never heard or rec credit yet, sgsin i will need to contact the store to follow up...
