My experience was very good. I can honestly say that it has improved significantly since you opened that location. To me a great product (which you have) also requires good service. You current staff is friendly and attentive. I enjoy my visits; please keep up the good work. 😊👍

workers are sweet and never have a problem with time. but whenever i order pb mocha it never taste good here. anywhere else i order a pb mocha its amazing but everytime i order it here it kinda taste like dirt… and then i feel bad telling them to remake it even tho it was 10 dollars.

3 employees working and did not address myself or the person waiting behind me’s presence. Waited 10 minutes before I could get someone’s attention, all the while my online order was sitting in the fridge ready the whole time. Pick up was scheduled for 8:35 and I didn't actually receive until 8:45.

Nekter is delicious, no doubt about that.The bunch of inexperienced kids working there,makes it quite unpleasant. At times they don't know how to scan current offers, or any accommodations.
