It is typically a fine experience when I order, as I receive exactly what I have specified. I will say, there is room for improvement in customer service... today for example, the woman just took my order out of the refrigerator and set it on the counter and walked away. Because I used to work in the service and restaurant business, I thought she could have done a little more to make the experience better. "Have a great day." or "Thank you for coming in." "Thank you." or something, would have been perfectly fine as an addition to putting the bowl on the counter and turning away to make the next drink. The guy at the counter was wonderful and he was helping someone else. He turned to me to say he would be right with me. I totally understand that the food service isn't always exciting, but a small thank you, smile or acknowledgment can go a long away and make the visit enjoyable for the customer. I come here quite often, as I really love getting the acai bowls and I have noticed a lot of turnover since it opened. Sometimes there are really friendly people and other times they look bored and unhappy.
