With the amount of people who are working versus customers in the establishment, I felt like the one drink that I had pre-ordered should not have taken a half hour to be made. The app said it would be ready in 15 minutes and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes after that time for my drink to be made. They didn’t seem to have a sense of urgency, even though it was a morning and people had it to work.
