Ordered via the mobile app. Both items in the order were made incorrectly. When I asked the gentleman to confirm my order he admitted it was wrong but didn’t provide any options. He then just grabbed the incorrect items threw them in the trash and said “I’ll just remake them.” I let him know that he should have provided options and have a conversation rather than just toss perfectly good food away. He didn’t seem to be happy working there..

My experience was great! I put in a quick online order, and it was ready on time as promised. The order was correct, the store was clean, and the customer service was great-she recognized that I may have had an online order and asked vs. me standing around and having to wait to get someone's attention.

There was the 4th of July special of but 2 smoothies get one free. For some reason, it didn’t work through the app but I continued to purchase the 2 smoothies. Once arriving at Nekter I told the workers what had happened, hoping I could get the 3rd smoothie for free but she seemed really confused and went back and forth saying she couldn’t do it. I even showed her the QR code and the special but she gave me too much of a headache and walked out w the 2 smoothies. Bummer
