A little disappointed yesterday. We got two nut smoothies one with whey and one with pea protein. They were very watery and both had whey. My friend was very sick. They usually label the pea one but I think there was someone new.

The store employees are always very friendly. But the app isn’t user friendly. At home I could see a reward for a free cashew chia pudding later but when I went to order while shopping the reward didn’t come up. When I arrived back at home the reward was on the app. It expires tomorrow so I probably won’t get a chance to try it😟

My experience is always good, but I do have a complaint. I picked up my 32 ounce juice. I always order ginger in my juices and this one has so much ginger in it. My mouth is still burning 10 minutes later I’m gonna have to throw it away. I ordered from you guys all the time and wow!, this is a lot of ginger. Total bummer

I will not return. I did mobile order 1232 abd it was supposed to be ready at 1252. It was ready at 115. I had to use my break time to get it. The girls working were very nice and apologetic to all customers.
They seemed over worked without enough staff. This is poor management. I felt sorry for these workers. They looked very stressed out. Please tell corporate to hire more staff at this socal store. Smoothie was good and staff was doing the best they can under the circumstances.
