I ordered a drink online via Google, waited 30 minutes in-store, didn't get my drink. I love Nekter and never had a problem with ordering in-store. It seemed pretty busy, so maybe they missed my order or it was taken by an earlier customer.
I ended up leaving without my order, because I didn't want to bother them.

Being a frequent flyer I can say that this location is always spot on.
Several friendly staff, clean and fresh smelling, and consistency.
The Acai bowls actually look the same as in the pictures…can’t say that about the Marguerite location.
