I love Nekter. I appreciate being able to order ahead of time in the app. However, I am unable to use my gift card that I uploaded onto the app. This makes it very frustrating. I’ve asked several employees how I can use it I store and they said they did not know and could not help me. Every time I try to use my remaining balance in app, the system does not allow it. I’d appreciate if someone can assist with this issue.
