Inconsistent quality especially with this last order… chunks of ice and powder. Would have returned to have them do them over if I would have noticed before I got home.

The store was busy and some of the workers appeared to be overwhelmed. When I came into the store there was no greeting and I had to wait awhile before I was acknowledged. The employee who acknowledged me was pleasant. The 2 açaí bowls were good however, the green drink was unusually sweet. I have ordered this drink several times in the past and it has never been this sweet. When I looked at the bottom of the cup all I could see was agave. I hope some additional training is provided to store staff.

Great store and employees! Their store is clean and they NEVER skimp on the ingredients you get in your juices or anything else for that matter.
The store in RSM on Antonio is the worse. My toxin flush ALWAYS comes out so light in color and the separation I see is the worse I’ve ever had. Not once but multiple times I’ve gone there. They must be told to cut back on the ingredients because I don’t get this at other Nekter stores.
