I ordered through the mobile app. When my son and I walked in the two employees looked very busy with multiple orders. We stood off to the side and were quickly greeted with a welcome and smile. She asked if we were waiting for an order and quickly got it out for us. I have never had a negative experience at this Nekter. This was around 12:15pm on 11/24/24.

Love Nektar especially the protein power bowl. My last visit the PPB seemed different. I keep thinking as I was eating it that maybe I got the wrong order. Didn't enjoy it as much as all my previous orders. Hoping it was just a one off thing and you haven't changed how it's made.

I placed an order the other day for a small strawberry smoothie and a large strawberry banana smoothie and they gave me both smoothies as only strawberry. It was good but I was hoping to drink strawberry banana.
