I love this place. Always great service and great quality drinks. My only gripe is that the ripeness of the bananas in my chocolate banana smoothies are inconsistent. Sometimes the bananas aren’t ripe enough.

The service was very poor. The cashier was super nice but the shift lead (or manager) was super rude when I ordered a healing greens. It seemed like she did not want to help me at all and rolled her eyes. Her tone was so rude. Then when my shot is ready at the counter, it was green. I ordered a ginger shot (those are supposed to be yellow) and it was green and had orange pieces floating around in it and it was so bad I had to strain it out at home. I called a different nektar store and they said it is because of not being cleanly and washing the containers before you make ginger shots. I was very unhappy with this experience.
