Great service and love the juices too

Always a great experience and delicious juices, smoothies, açaí bowls

I think there could be some attention paid to consistency... I order the same juice at the same location every time, but it always tastes different, one time is was so spicy (ginger) that it was almost undrinkable, most recently is was grainy, other times it is great which keeps me coming back, but for a premium, expensive product I would expect more consistency.

I was greeted when I walked in by a friendly employee. My juice was ready when promised and was very good!

Your staff is very pleasant, my greenie was made fast. when I picked it up it was freshly made, it hadn't been sitting.But within 3 minutes it really separated out. it looked like 1/3 to 1/2 juice and just water I've juiced before and I know it separates, but this was much more than normal. you're bowls have always been great though

Everything was great. Easy ordering through app however I didn’t receive free 16oz juice as promised for downloading the Nekter app.

I had my ordered delivered because I was not feeling well. My order arrived missing my Large Toxin Flush juice. When I called requesting my missing juice I was informed I could get a refund that there was no way to the have the juice delivered. I was told there is two different places the juice is put for orders vs the smoothies and that is why the juice was missed. Seems this needs to be resolved to keep this from happening to someone else.

I have been overall very pleased with the service as well as the quality of the products. There was only one time when one of the juices in the classic detox had gone bad (the last one of the day, my favorite… so it was a total bummer) but other than that I am very pleased.

My neighborhood Nekter Juice Bar is always clean, when they say my order will be ready they will efficiently have it at the time promised or before. I'm always greeted when I enter the store. It is always a pleasant and friendly experience !! Thank You !!

Ordering online is the easiest and fastest way to go. Walking in and ordering does take quite a bit of time but I'm happy to wait because the juice is so good when it's fresh.

Absolutely love Nekter, and this is one of my favorite locations. Great customer service and wonderful juice masters. Highly recommend.
