I asked for Granola on the side, in my online order. The Nektar person said he would manually remove it from my bowl, as he'd forgotten to keep it aside. I told him that would not do and he needed to make a new bowl. Poor understanding of what I wanted.

Love the app order ahead and pickup option! Employees and customer service were very helpful when I made a mistake ordering. I was very pleased with the outcome. Can’t wait to order again. My daughter loves the bowls for school lunch! So healthy too!

It was good. My açaí bowl just didn’t taste as good as it usually does today. Very bland.

We ordered 2 Peanut Butter Dream bowls, hoping to experience a dream but we couldn’t taste any peanut butter. We even asked for extra peanut butter but it was lacking. Willing to give it one more shot but I am not pleased with the purchase.

Your staff is very pleasant, my greenie was made fast. when I picked it up it was freshly made, it hadn't been sitting.But within 3 minutes it really separated out. it looked like 1/3 to 1/2 juice and just water I've juiced before and I know it separates, but this was much more than normal. you're bowls have always been great though

We ordered 3 smoothies and 3 bowls. Sadly, the bowls all had something wrong and we didn’t realize until we got home. Chia on the one that didn’t want it, no chia on one that wanted it, no strawberries on one of the 2 that wanted it.
It’s all good though. We didn’t come back because was too far, but staff was great while we were there.

I used the app to order a peanut butter bowl with cocoa nibs on top. My order was ready in less than the estimated 15 minutes. Unfortunately I think they forgot the peanut butter but it was still delicious.

Great smoothies and bowls. They get you in and out quickly. The counter is sticky though, please wipe it down.
