I Ordered 2 sets of 2-day cleanses. Only received 1. When speaking with the store employee she had no idea what I was talking about. Referred me to manager Eddie. Eddie made me to feel as if I was trying to get over on them and lying about my purchase. I had to explain my order while showing the receipt multiple times. 30mins later I was finally heard and triple verified to be able to receive my 2nd 2-day cleanse. I received the driest of apologies from the manager. I’ll be sticking to the Temecula location. I’ve never had an issue there and they are truly apologetic if they even miss a single ingredient let alone an entire half of an order.
The only feedback I have is that your reward system needs some changes. I never get a 16oz drink. Why aren’t there rewards for 24oz? Even just a discount on it. I feel I have some many points that just go to waste.
