I come into your store there’s only 2 people it takes him 15 to take my order and finally takes my order and then tells me it’s gonna be 15 minutes to get my order. The guy working by the car was doing his best but he had so many online orders he couldn’t take care of the customers in the store really a screwed up system you guys have they need more help

Ordered 2 two day cleanses for my wife and I online. Gave the store an hour to have it ready. I showed up and they said they never did the order. Luckily there were 6 bags in the "to sell" cooler so I grabbed 4.

It was good customer service only ok. When you ask for a bag the the Menifee location they say yes then walk away leaving the customer to grab a bag and bag your own items. Smh

First time visiting a few days ago. I'm learning the menu and products. So far everything tastes great. I'm planning on trying the 5 day detox in the near future. I look forward to trying more smoothies and bowls. The experience with the employees hasn't been with much of a warm welcome. They barely greet or talk. Seems like they are too busy to be personable. Not greeted with a smile or how are you? Or they don't say thank you for your business. They are helpful, but just seem more like robots. I like the decor. Cute little place. Great location.
