My order was incorrect & when I told the employee he pulled the receipt from the trash got a cup and scooped ice in said cup then instead of fixing my drink he just said “here”. I’m addition, the employee also gave me the wrong shot. I ordered a ginger shot and got a tumric shot instead. Safe to say the customer service was not the greatest during this visit. I was not happy whatsoever

I did a mobile order right before walking in. Saw the employees make 3 different orders, help customers and only rinse blenders, all without changing gloves once. Honestly that kinda grossed me out. This is the second time at this location with that happening. I called and the boss made it seem like it was no big deal. I guess I’ll just have to visit another location. Bummer to cause it’s on my way home!

The quality of your bowls and smoothies makes me come back for more. I live 1/2 hour to nekter. We have a juice it up in Hemet … but it is nothing like the consistency and quality that Nekter provides. Keep up your great quality products, and I always line the discounts receive here and there.

First time here and had a good experience. The staff was very upbeat, helpful and kind. This is only my third time juicing and I really liked the service and staff at this place. I tried the competitors and had a bad experience both times. I will be back here again, thank you for the great experience. Everyone here seemed to enjoy their job, and the juice was delicious.
I love the juice tho sometimes it doesn’t always taste the same.
