Decepcionante! El acai parecía agua de color, no tenía gusto. La atención un desastre, la mujer llamada Leceli con mala actitud desde el momento en que tomó mi pedido. Mientras estaba sentada comiendo vino a echarme del lugar “porque ya estaba cerrado”. Eviten este lugar.

We are very sorry to hear that we missed the mark on your visit. For our customers' safety and the safety of our employees, we kindly need to ask our customers to vacate the premises at 7:00 PM, which is our closing time. Floors are wet and we move equipment around to clean, so it's not safe for our customers to stay in the lobby past 8:00 PM. We appreciate your feedback and understanding and we will continue to work hard to make your next visit a 5 star experience!

When I arrived to pick up our to-go orders quickly, I found a gentleman waiting to be helped and no from Nektar in sight.
I looked behind the counter and saw two Nektar employees on their phones. I got their attention and one girl came to help the man in line,however no one came to help me.
I then asked the other employee if she could help me (as she was still on her phone!) And the first employee asked if "I could just give her a minute?".
I said no as i was in a hurry and asked the second girl to help me. She begrudgingly did.

So I signed up for membership online so workers aren't tempted to use my name, phone number, and/or email address to Google, stalk and/or harass me. Today was my first time ordering online, and to my horror, ALL my info was printed on the cup. My name, phone number and email address.
