I love Nekter smoothies. I ordered the Frankenstein and it was delicious and I love the eyes on the cup. A fun perfect touch.

Great service and yummy smoothie

Overall, great. Banana in smoothie did not taste fresh. My staple, toxin flush tasted consistently great. Acai bowl was good as well. Service was great but by the time I received all my order (a mobile order of 3 acai bowls, smoothie, toxin flush) some of the bowl was melting even if it was kept in the fridge. Would've been better if it was made in the order of Toxin Flush, Smoothie, then Acai bowls. Seems like the smoothie was created at last while Acai bowls were sitting in the fridge for some time.

I redeemed a free smoothie. When I ordered the Chocolate Peanut Butter smoothie. It wasn’t the best tasting and it looked nothing like the photo. It looked like it was rushed or someone did not follow the recipe. I’m just happy it was free and I didn’t have to pay for it.

Smoothie was made incorrectly 2 times

I’ve been ordering the same drink (cold brew protein smoothie) and açaí bowl (banana berry) for years now. The açaí bowl is always amazing. The drink is honestly hit-or-miss. It just tastes different every time. I never know if it’s the workers messing up the recipe or if there even is a recipe. I don’t know if they just put ingredients together and eyeball it because sometimes it’s amazing and perfectly smooth and sometimes it’s watery or bitter. I just don’t understand. But the times that it is perfect (which is about 50% of the time), it is soooo good!! Which is why I end up giving it another shot. But I hope someone can clarify whether or not there is a recipe or if it’s normal for it to taste different everytime. I wish I can just be guaranteed the perfect taste every time and I would most definitely always get a large size.

Always get what I pay for… I really love the smoothies and bowls there… I’ve never had a bad experience at Nekter … great customer service every time.

Love your juices and smoothies but just too pricey compared to competitors.

My smoothie was great, made very well with consistent texture throughout. One of the girls making the items was very attentive the moment I walked in and handed my order right away.
